Agent-First Development

We build with autonomous agents, and we are completely transparent about where they fail.

Autonomous agents write a measurable share of our own production code, with every change strictly reviewed before it ships. The architectures we deploy for clients are battle-tested daily on our live infrastructure, not evaluated in theory.

Custom Machine Learning & Orchestration

Production systems tailored to your business logic, handed over in full.

Off-the-shelf tools rarely understand proprietary data models or sector-specific dialects.

We engineer and deploy production-grade AI systems tailored to your specific business logic. From scoped prototypes to fully orchestrated platforms, we deliver systems you own, hosted on your infrastructure.

Retrieval Systems & Document Intelligence

Internal knowledge consolidated into a single queryable interface.

Most organisations hold the answers their staff need across documents, shared drives and email, where they are difficult to find and easy to get wrong.

Retrieval-augmented generation systems that consolidate internal knowledge into a single, queryable interface. We build custom models trained securely on your policies, contracts, and operating procedures, with strict data residency. Two deployment routes: self-hosted open models, where nothing leaves your perimeter, or a hosted model on a zero-retention tier. We state which one applies before the build.

The limitations we design around

01

Confident hallucinations. Agents can produce and assert plausible but incorrect results. Without deterministic tests, validation checks, or adversarial agent reviews, these fail silently.

02

Inherited permissions. If an agent can read a document store, it can surface any included data to anyone asking the right question. Granular access control must survive the retrieval layer, and by default it does not.

03

Expanded attack surfaces. An agent authorised to execute actions — calls, messages, state changes — can be manipulated by prompt injection. We engineer machine-speed validation to match human-in-the-loop security standards.
